Tinderbox’s Writers Lab

In association with Assault Events

24th of June to 2nd July

A week long research and development program for writers working with performers and choreographers to explore text and movement in narrative theatre.

Tinderbox Theatre Company have invited four writers to take part in this experimental workshop which aims to equip writers to be key collaborators in visual theatre projects, working with choreographers and performers and developing ways of writing for movement based story telling.

This exciting joint project between Tinderbox and Assault Events builds on both companies interest in innovative and collaborative ways of working, in creating visual and narrative theatre and in supporting and developing emerging artists.

A showing of the process and the week’s work will take place as part of the Dramaturgy on the Edge panel discussion at Queens University. Click here for further details.
