A battered van takes a travelling show around remote village halls in Wales and the highlands of Scotland. In the front, driving as usual, Teddy; in the passenger seat, Gracie; behind them, crouched in the back of the van Francis Hardy, Faith Healer.
Brian Friel unravels the complex lives of a man with the gift of healing and those closest to him. A long, never ending journey of dark empty halls brings them home to Ireland Donegal and one last performance.
