Tinderbox are delighted to present their creative programme Deconstruct, a collaboration with Portview and funded through Arts and Business NI’s Investment Programme.

Deconstruct is an ambitious programme that aims to deconstruct cultural and social stereotypes and explore personal identity such as gender, sexuality and ethnicity and invites a space for participants to discover creative approaches where unconscious bias can be directly discussed and challenged.

The Deconstruct programme is explored in three stages: 

• Research
• Creative discussions and presentations on site.
• Creation of a short performance to be performed at several construction site locations.
