We are excited to offer a full day practical and physical workshop for theatre-makers exploring the potential of physicality in storytelling.

The workshop will be facilitated by Patrick O’Reilly and Eileen McClory and is aimed for actors, dancers, directors and writers who are interested in different ways of physical expression as part of their storytelling.  The art of showing rather than telling.

This workshop is part of Tinderbox State Of The Arts initiative and is associated with the production Ignition.

Ignition is our annual celebration of the talent, the passion and agility of the artistic community in Northern Ireland when we ask them to create a show in a week. This year Choreographer Eileen McClory is taking up the challenge. To find out more about the production and how to book tickets go to our Ignition page.

State of the Arts is a strand of opportunities for theatre-makers in Northern Ireland to make work, develop ideas, explore style and process. The workshop provides space to explore, push boundaries and get support from peers and above all finding the unique and original potential in each project.
