  • Artistic Director: Patrick J. O’Reilly

    Patrick is a theatre-maker and Le Coq trained performer. He began working with Tinderbox in 2016. Since then, he has implemented a vision of liberation and playfulness, focusing on the development and celebration of artistic collaboration.

  • Creative Producer: Alice Malseed

    Alice is a writer, theatre-maker and producer. She began working with Tinderbox in 2022.

    Alice studied BA Hons Drama and Theatre Arts and MA Applied Theatre at Goldsmiths, University of London.

  • Associate Director / Marketing: Ciarán Haggerty

    Ciaran joined Tinderbox in 2022. He specialises in writing, theatre-making and visual design. Ciaran has extensive experience of writing for magazines, and creating online content. He is a graduate of The International Film School of Wales.

  • Business Development Producer: Louise Conaghan

    Louise is a theatre-maker, performer, and business manager. She began working with Tinderbox in 2023.

    She has a BA Hons Degree in Drama (Ulster University).

    Matthew is a Client Director at corporate communications consultancy Lanyon Group. He has a background in the arts and performs with a number of professional and semi-professional choirs and ensembles across Northern Ireland.

  • Lee Robb

    Lee is the founder of Positive Carrickfergus and co-founder of Repair Cafe Belfast and Carrick Greengrocers. She is particularly interested in how to open up more space for imagination and creativity to create a 21st century where we and the planet can thrive in harmony.

  • Chris Traverse

    Chris is Director of Marketing and Communications at Sadler’s Wells and previously Head of Marketing at Tate galleries.

    He has a 25-year career in communications management spanning broadcasting, news, film, sport, arts, music, heritage, health, events and human rights, with roles in Australia, Asia and Ireland.

    Chris has been a Board member since February 2021.
